1. How do I make a purchase? Shopping at HAZURE is easy: Browse the website to find what you like.Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You may add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order. 2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order? No, you can shop at HAZURE without creating an account.

3. What payment methods does HAZURE accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
Currently, the following online payment methods are accepted at HAZURE : VISA, MasterCard , American Express , PayPal , Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. The option of Bank Transfer is also available to customers throughout the world. All your details and data will be securely transmitted from end-to- end via SSL encryption. 4. How can I choose the currency I pay in?
The base currency that we use on our website is USD; however you have an option of switching the currency to Pakistani Rupee, British Pound Sterling, Canadian Dollar and Euro. To change the currency, click on the currency option appearing on the top right hand corner of the page.
5. Which countries does HAZURE ship to? 6. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost? We ship online orders for Ready to Wear in 3-5 working days, while Made to Order Luxury-Pret items take up to 3-4 weeks and Made to Order Formal or Couture items take up to 8-12 weeks. If the order does not reach you in the specified time, please contact our customer service. 7. Do you offer same day delivery? 8. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay? You do not have to pay any duties or taxes when you purchase a product from HAZURE and note that if any additional charges (customs or taxes) are applicable by the respective country's officials those will be borne by the customer. 9. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Within 48 hours of placing an order, you have a right to ask our customer services to cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. We’ll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order after 48 hours. If you want to make any amendments after 48 hours, please email or call our customer care for assistance. Please note that, orders cannot be cancelled after the duration of 48 hours.
10. How can I track my order? As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. This is what will help you track your order(s). At any point, you may use that number to find out about the order with our customer care and check out the status of your order. 11. Are the colors of items shown on the website accurate? Our team at HAZURE has made every possible effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, there may appear some difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that display color on the screen will be completely accurate as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. |
